What is the estimated delivery time for my bike?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Once your bike ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include a basic tool kit and a comprehensive assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new and unused condition. Please keep the original packaging, as it is required for all returns. Note that a restocking fee may apply.
How do I choose the correct frame size?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
Do Xdsbikeco products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, brakes, and drivetrains are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
